Additional Terms and Conditions Applicable to All Packages

1. Confidentiality and Disclosure – Although Creative Cookbooks will not sell, re-sell, market or solicit customers by providing your cookbook, recipes or content, we do reserve the right to publish your content in its entirety or any part thereof on our website and marketing materials for the sole purpose of providing examples related to creativity, layout, and format for other prospective customers and their respective cookbook designs.  You agree to allow us to re-publish your cookbook and any portion thereof for the express purpose set forth herein.
2. Copyright Protection – Creative Cookbooks does not provide any services or expertise related to federal or state law copyright protection for your content, recipes or any cookbook that your produce as a result of the utilization of Creative Cookbook’s services and website. Creative Cookbooks will make no effort to assert any copyright ownership of your content, recipes or cookbook for its own benefit or yours.  Any desire to copyright your content, recipes and cookbook will need to be handled through a third-party resource or attorney at your request and expense.
3. ISBN and Barcode Registration - Should you desire to sell, re-sell, or market your cookbook through retail sales outlets, you may be required to register your cookbook with a United States ISBN registrant agency.  Creative Cookbooks will make no effort to register your content, recipes or cookbook with any US ISBN registrant for either an ISBN number or barcode for its own benefit or yours.  Any desire to register your cookbook in such a manner will need to be handled through a third-party resource or attorney at your request and expense.
